Chivalry 2
Summary
Alright, fam! Get ready to throw on some rusted armor and sharpen those swords because we're diving into the thrilling realm of Chivalry 2! This epic multiplayer first-person slasher from the legends at Torn Banner Studios—released on June 12, 2022—drops you into a world that’s practically ripped straight from medieval cinema, where caption-worthy chaos reigns supreme! Imagine yourself in the middle of sprawling castle sieges and battling against opponents while flaming arrows rain down like it's the Fourth of July—yeah, you heard me right!
Now, if you're a hardcore killer looking to create your own legend on the battlefield, you are in for a seriously wicked time. This game is designed for those with a knack for the tactical and a craving for intense action during epic, chaotic battles. You can show off your skills with a range of classes—whether you’re swinging a two-handed sword like a barbarian on caffeine or throwing daggers with precision accuracy—every choice in Chivalry 2 lets you slay with style!
Picture this: you can charge into war with friends by your side, each wielding their own unique arsenal of weapons—it's like a digital Renaissance fair but way more blood-soaked and covered in glory! Not to mention, the combat system is as satisfying as landing a perfect punchline after a killer joke. Dive deep into visceral fights, where every swipe of your sword and dodge of an enemy blade feels like a scene straight out of an epic Lord of the Rings battle—minus the weird elf-hair products.

Its fun but can be annoying because the team balancing isn't the best. Also you will run into bugs.
As of July 30, they've officially abandoned the game and we the players are feeling it. Matches are unplayable due to latency as, presumably, they've cut their maintenance costs to work on their new title. This downtrend in quality has been going on since the half-assed release of the Reclamation update, which inaugurated their design philosophy going forward, being, reduce the devteam and release slop while banning anyone that spoke otherwise in their forums.
